+What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all of metro Atlanta β€” Decatur, East Point, Marietta, Smyrna, Sandy Springs, Stone Mountain, Lithonia, College Park, and everywhere in between. Flat $25 delivery fee.

+How early do I need to book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for summer weekends. Same-week requests are often possible β€” just text us.

+Do you set everything up?

Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are always included. We anchor the unit and walk you through safety rules before we leave.

+What if it rains?

Safety first β€” if there's lightning or sustained heavy rain in the forecast, we'll reschedule at no charge or refund any deposit. Light drizzle is usually fine for non-water units.

+What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass is best. Driveways, turf, and indoor venues work too β€” we use sandbags instead of stakes on hard surfaces. Tell us your surface when booking so we bring the right gear.

+How much space do I need?

Most of our units need 15–32 feet of flat space, plus a few feet of clearance. Each rental page lists exact dimensions.

+Do you require a deposit?

Not for the booking request β€” we confirm by text first. We may collect a small deposit once your date is locked in for larger units.

+Are the inflatables clean?

Yes. Every unit is sanitized between rentals with kid-safe cleaners and inspected for tears or damage before delivery.
